Erica commenced her role at Highfields Kindergarten in July 2020 as the Bilby Group Teaching Assistant. She loves every facet of her position at Kindy, especially creating meaningful connections with the children and helping them develop through play as confident, capable learners ready to take on the world around them. “It is so rewarding to see the journey each child goes on during their Kindy year and it is such a privilege to be part of it.”

• Certificate III in Children’s Services
