Ravensbourne National Park Excursion

The Koala & Bilby Groups finished their Term at Kindy this week with an excursion to Ravensbourne National Park, where the children explored the natural world as an extension to the nature play activities from our Kindy program. Chrissie & her team of nature play facilitators, guided the children on an immersive rainforest walk, introduced the children to shelter construction & provided the opportunity to experiment with hapa zome (an art technique where pounding flowers & leaves extracts their natural pigment to create designs on cloth).
